Lateral With Medicine Ball Diagonal, Opposite Side
			
		Side toward step, place one leg 
on step. Hold ____ lb ball near 
up foot. Rise slowly, sweeping 
ball upward and over opposite 
shoulder, rotating body. Reverse 
process to step back down.
		Repeat sequence with other leg.
